What were seaside holidays like in the past?

The girls will compare their holidays with those  taken over 100 years ago. They will learn to recognise some of the similarities and  differences.  We will look at photographs, books  and a video as well as looking on websites to  compare and contrast life now and in the past.

The children will have opportunities to use words associated with geographical features.
